Ripley Crossing recognizes that the residents of Ripley Crossing and their families value compassionate, knowledgeable staff members and excellent quality of care. To accomplish this, management makes every effort to attain consistency in the care-giving staff. They have built a strong team which instills in all staff members the necessity they must meet residents’ needs, whatever those needs may be. They have initiated staff retention and development programs which have resulted in a staff turn-over which is one-half the industry standard. Ripley Crossing’s owners and managers understand that excellence in resident care is only achieved with the presence of good staffing levels, and they work hard to achieve this.
