• Lawn Care & Shrubbery Maintenance
• Trash Pick-Up
• Monthly shopping trip
• Monthly pitch-in meal with managers
• Free reservation of Community Room
• Street Maintenance and Lighting

• Open access to facility social programs
• Maintenance of all items, such as roof, HVAC, and Ripley  Crossing owned Major Appliances.
• Annual flu shot (R.C. will bill Med B.)
• City Water & Sewage
• First priority status for admission to Health Center, should the need arise

Wellness Clinic

• Weekly B/P check
• Weekly blood sugar check
• Pneumonia vaccine administration
• Lab draw monthly (if needed) with notification of results to primary  MD (member pays what is not covered by Med B).
• Monthly charge for Wellness Clinic:  $40.00

Meal Program

• Including transport to and from facility, lunch only:  $6.00/meal
• Any meal at facility, no transport:  $5.00/meal

Transportation Program, to and from doctor, Certified Nursing Assistant - $20.00/hour; $.60/mile

Housekeeping/Run Errands - $18.00/hour; $.60/mile (for shopping runs)
