Our front, entry way invites you into our community living area that features a beautiful stone see through fireplace with a natural hand carved oak mantel. You can take a walk down the hall to our spacious outdoor living area overlooking a stocked pond with a large finished deck expansive enough to entertain family and friends or for daily activities.
The Seasons, which opened March 2011, would be an impeccable choice for your loved one. Each of the 20 apartments has two large rooms, a bedroom with an adjoining handicap accessible bathroom and a sitting room with a flat screen TV and room for a sofa/loveseat and recliner. Off the sitting room area is a kitchenette with a provided microwave and refrigerator, as well as plenty of cabinet space. The twenty apartments provide privacy within a spacious, well-appointed, secure environment.
Should their care needs change, individuals who live in The Seasons also have access to around the clock skilled nursing care and comprehensive rehabilitation services in our facility without having to leave the campus.
The following broadly describes the rate structure at The Seasons of Ripley Crossing:
The base rate includes three daily meals as well as snacks & refreshments available at any time, medication ordering and administration, weekly housecleaning, weekly changing and cleaning of bed linens, transportation around Milan on a weekly basis, access to Community activities and staff availability 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. An activity aide is assigned to The Seasons as well for daily activities. Cases of double occupancy of an apartment is available with additional rate costs.
We will assess and evaluate the applicant’s need for additional services, such as assistance with dressing, bathing, diabetes management, oxygen management, laundry assistance and more…these additional service needs will result in a higher daily rate. We will be happy to show you our assessment tool and contract at any time.
Unlike many assisted living facilities, we have no other fees, such as assessment fees.

The Season’s at Ripley Crossing has applied for a grant offered by FSSA. The Direct Service Workforce Grant if granted will provide additional funding to staff. It will be used for rate increases, retention bonuses, pick up incentives and other benefits.
