Hi! I am JoDee Withers, I have been at Ripley Crossing since August 2005. I am a CNA and I love my job. I’ve done this work for 30 years.
Ripley Crossing is set up and designed to assist the different stages of dementia. This was one of the first things that impress me at this facility.
I enjoy working with the elderly and assisting them with their daily routines. We have a great team at Ripley Crossing. We all work together and are one big family. That is what we are a family who cares for our residents.
