I have been at Ripley Crossing since June 2010. I started in Activities but after 2 years I realized I wasn’t able to help in all the ways I wanted to, so I became an RN in April 2022.
Being an RN is a very rewarding job. I have made a second family. You learn so many things about each person and learn to do the little things to keep them smiling. When they hug you and say I Love You, you know you are where you’re meant to be. I think my work shows how much I love what I do and how much I Love my residents. Also, I have the most amazing coworkers which always makes for great days.
