Hi, I’m Faith Pindell. I’ve been at Ripley Crossing since March 2018. I chose to work here because it’s the best facility around.
I work on the Rehab to home wing which is very rewarding because I get to see residents succeed at their hard work and return to their homes. Often times my residents say they don’t know how I can be a CNA and deal with all I do. I tell them that someday it could be me in a facility who can’t take care of myself and I just hope I have staff who genuinely care and enjoy helping me in my time of need. Being an aide is hard work but it’s extremely rewarding. I love my co-workers and I love my residents.
